My Go To Keto Resources

I've been in and out of  the keto diet or ketogenic lifestyle, if you will, for the past 2 years.  The first time was my most in depth time and I was able to lose about 30lbs in 3 months, which was crazy! It was the first time in my life that I saw real results in a relatively short amount of time and every day that I saw a few ounces or pounds come off that scale or saw my jean size shrink from a 8/10 to a size 4 was everything I needed to keep my spirit up, my discipline in gear and my motivation on track.

I've had a lot of family and friends ask me where to find out more information about the ketogenic lifestyle and its always a very long text because there are so many great places and people to learn from.

These are my favorite Ketogenic Resources  though:

Dr. Eric Berg
This is Dr. Eric Berg and he is a chiropracter who specializes in Health Ketosis and Intermittent Fasting. He has an amazing YouTube Channel where he talks about pretty much every single facet of being in a healthy state of ketosis and the ins and outs of intermittent fasting.  Check him out at his YouTube channel or directly at his website.
Leanne Vogel of HealthfulPursuit.com
This lovely lady is Leanne Vogel a nutrition educator who runs the website HealthfulPursuit.com.  She has an amazing podcast by the same name and is honestly one of the best podcasts to get into if you're a woman looking to start the keto lifestyle.  Check her out at her Youtube channel too!
Thomas DeLauer
This is Thomas DeLauer and he is a nutrition and business performance coach.  He has an excellent YouTube channel where he shares really in-depth keto and fasting topics that are scientifically backed.  If you are the kind of person who needs to know how this diet affects you at a biological level, his YouTube channel is the one to go to.
Shawn Mynar of The Keto for Women Show Podcast
This is Shawn Mynar and she is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with one of the most highly celebrated keto podcasts out there called the Keto for Women Show.  It is a go to to keep you on track and help, predominantly woman (although I'm sure guys would find her information great too) find their groove in the ketogenic world.
The following keto books were crucial in helping me in my ketogenic journey too. I hope they're as helpful to you on yours as well. I guarantee that as soon as you hit Chapter 2 of Jimmy Moore's Keto Clarity you will want to jump head first into your keto diet lifestyle. Note: This blog post contains affiliate links and any purchases made through such links will result in a small commission for me (at no extra cost for you).
I'll check back to this post regularly to post other resources that I find to be exceptionally good.

Come January 2019, I'll be starting the next rung to my keto journey.  I fell off the wagon a bit after nursing my 5 month old son, starting work again and eating many a delicious temptation within holiday dinners.  That's totally ok though.  I enjoyed every morsel.  Now its time to get back on the discipline track and try to shed some more baby weight.  Follow the health journey on Instagram @thelazyachievers.
